Why are we called JFG Construction? The founding owner based his business name after his own personal initials: Jacob Fred Geiken. He earned a stellar reputation in his hometown of Burlington, WI. Everyone knew JFG stood for quality construction. His son Chris kept the name to honor his father's memory and reputation. With the business now operating in Clover, SC for the past 10 years, Chris has already built that same reputation for quality construction in York County. "We longed for privacy and a well built home in the Carolinas. JFG Construction built us a wonderful house in Wisconsin; could he deliver again? Sure did! Chris built us a beautiful home with an individualized look. The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining inside (which I love to do). Chris built the home on a hill so we have a walk-out lower lever perfect for outdoor entertaining as well and a 'man cave' for hubby. The house was built while the pandemic was heating up. The prices of the materials rose at the time, but Chris maneuvered the situation watching prices closely so we could still afford to build the house.
